Please fill out 1 repair form for each tool you have. After the form has been filled out and submitted, your request will be reviewed and a repair number will be assigned to the tool. Greenlee is responsible for the standard ground shipping charges on repairs. All repairs are to be shipped under Greenlee’s account and preferred carrier. If a carrier is chosen outside of the preferred list, the customer is responsible for all charges. Expedited delivery request are the responsibility of the customer. A shipping label will be e-mailed to you with your repair number. Please save a copy of the return number for your records. DO NOT send your tool until you receive your repair number. Tools sent in without a repair number may be refused or severely delayed.
