NECA 2025
Greenlee Showcases Bending, Pulling, and New Innovations at the 2025 National Electrical Contractors Association Convention and Trade Show, Sept. 12-15
ROCKFORD, Ill. (September 10, 2025) – Greenlee®, part of Emerson’s professional tools portfolio, confirms its role as a Premier Partner and participant at the 2025 National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Convention and Trade Show, taking place in Chicago from September 12th to 15th. Visitors to the Greenlee booth have the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of its latest tools, including the Remote Pruner, designed to help improve safety, accessibility and efficiency when trimming branches up to 2 inches in diameter.
Featured Greenlee tools in-booth (#4024):
- Remote Pruner - The 18V battery-powered Remote Pruner cuts branches up to 2 inches in diameter with ease. Use it in-hand while on the ground or attach it to a universal hot stick for remote operation in a bucket truck. With a knurled blade for secure grip on an isolated branch, automatic retraction and a fixed blade to reduce jams, it delivers clean, accurate cuts, up to 80 per charge.
- High Performance Pulling Rope - Designed for optimal strength and durability, this double-braided cable pulling rope offers superior performance. With an average breaking strength of 40,000 pounds when paired with a 10,000-pound puller, it is 25 percent stronger than leading competitors and 60 percent lighter than conventional ropes.
- GX10 Tugger™ - The GX10 is equipped with an industry-leading customized motor that delivers 10,000 pounds of pulling force to increase productivity and help reduce the risk of strain. The dual-speed motor provides durability at a steady pull speed with continuous operation at 0 pounds to 6,500 pounds, 5 minutes on/5 minutes off at 6,500 pounds to 9,000 pounds, and momentary operation at 9,000 pounds to 10,000 pounds.
Along with the Remote Pruner, High Performance Pulling Rope and GX10 Tugger, attendees can stop by booth #4024 to try other Greenlee tools, including their Knockouts, Micro Cutter, 881GX Series Hydraulic Bender, Pull Connect, Gator® Remote Cable and Hard Metal Cutters.
